He has extensive management experience in areas such as corporate governance, HR, IT, accounting, corporate law, procurement and government regulation.

He has experience in building a successful team of traders, a risk management system, a back office and a compliance system.

He was awarded the medal "Honored Financier of Kazakhstan".

Over the years, he held the positions of Deputy Chairman of the Board of Kazyna Capital Management JSC, General Director of the Warp Capital Management Fund management company, Head of the Representative Office of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange KASE JSC.

He holds a Master's degree in Finance from The George Washington University (USA). He received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, KIMEP.
