Kazyna Capital Management JSC is a fund of private equity funds. The company’s mission is to promote and develop an efficient private equity market in Kazakhstan.Since November 2011 in order to implement the State program of forced industrial and innovative development of Kazakhstan, KCM along with the other development institutions were transferred  to the trust management of the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan. KCM is a fully owned subsidiary of  SWF Samruk-Kazyna.
